The camp, intended by the billionaire, will be located at Balmedie, north of Aberdeen, Scotland. The project is currently before the Council dell’Aberdeenshire to be approved.

The new golf course will also include a luxury hotel with 450 rooms and a luxury residential complex, whose design will be furnished by Martin Hawtree
